the office has been very helpful, friendly and if you have to wait, they have coffee and snacks ( nice because it gets cold and rainy ) maintenance has been very helpful and things get done quickly. I was concerned about the previous reviews, but this place has changed.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Trash is everywhere, maintenance and management will ignore you, parking is a nightmare or they'll make you pay extra. Do not sign contract. Do not live here.

PLEASE PLEASE read these reviews before you sign a contract with these people. Don't be stupid like I was. We've been here 14 months now and 9 out of the 14 months we've had appliances that did not work. First it was our washing machine and their solution was to have us use a unit upstairs and then ignore us for 4 months. I took 4 separate days off work to be here for maintenance who never showed up. Finally came out and there was an unknown sock stuck in the washer that took them 10 minutes to... fix. 4 months of them doing nothing when it was such an easy fix.

Finally got that fixed and our dishwasher goes out. It's frustrating enough to have to wash dishes by hand but ok we can be patient due to Covid. However, it's been over 4 months now and they have only come once for less than 2 minutes (this was over a month ago) to get a part number and we haven't heard from them since. Now our dishwasher keeps filling up with dirty sink water and overflows into the kitchen if not dumped. Have been trying to get ahold of them for days now and they do not respond. They're in the office but refuse to answer the phone.

Please read all of these reviews and take them to heart. You may think I'm being overly dramatic (I did when I read the reviews before taking a tour) but they are so much worse than you can imagine. I wish I could give this place -5 stars. HORRIBLE staffing, management, NO consumer service, this company will never succeed. Unless they change their whole staffing and management and policies that aren't even followed any anyone!! I even contacted the headquarters saying how this place needs fixing. NOTHING WAS EVER DONE. Even the lady on the phone from the headquarters in San Diego had terrible attitude. I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT. The staffing including the maintenance are always smoking... outside their own office in the side walk. WOW great professionalism. NEVER any parking available. Neighbors fight all the time over parking spots. Every single worker I have encounter with is unprofessional and RUDE. Who ever wrote reviews on here or anywhere else giving them 5 stars was PAID. Besides its just a terrible area to live in for super EXPENSIVE & POORLY managed apartment complex. Regret the day I moved in here. DISGUSTING environment, messy, dirty, not taking care of. I don’t have anything to say good about this place, full of cockroaches and rat. Outside never get clean and the people that worked there never care about the customer instead all they want is the money it over price for a place like angle lake apartment. what you see online photo aren’t the same when you go there to see the place and they will told this the only one available for now.
