We initially chose SAMM because it is so close to work, but we have stayed now three years because we love our apartment, the amenities, and especially the management team. Bobbi, Connor, and Lorenzo are just great people and make the building a home.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff??
I just moved in and I love it here!! My apartment is gorgeous and the staff and other residents are friendly and amazing! We had a meet and greet with the new management team, and have made plans for community get togethers where we can enjoy the properties many amenities and our neighbors!! Keep up the good work Thrive! Kudos to Cam, the new manager...she helped me get through the move-in process practically painlessly??
