Serious safety and quality issues

Beware – Serious Safety & Quality Issues
I’ve had a truly horrible experience living here. The elevator has crashed twice while I was inside, the first time was scary, but the second time was traumatic. I was sore for days and now avoid the elevators altogether out of fear. This is a serious safety concern that hasn’t been addressed properly.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from your neighbors, including very personal conversations. We had to buy a white noise machine just to...
sleep. On top of that, the hallways echo with people running, and it genuinely sounds like they’re inside your unit.

There’s a persistent awful smell coming from the pipes. Plus, they hit you with hidden fees for common area bills that were never disclosed during signing.

I regret moving in. I could go on and on, but the elevator incidents alone should be enough to make anyone think twice

Worst Construction

Low income places are built better than this "luxury" apartment.

The hottub is green and smells like a swamp.

The handlebars were never installed on the fridge in the common area.

Heaters and ducts protrude wildly in the parking garage.

None of the doors were installed correctly. All of the bike rooms were broken into within a few months of opening.

There's no insulation in the walls which causes huge noise issues. My neighbor bangs on my living room wall at night when I talk at normal...
volumes. I know that there's no insulation because due to the gaping holes the contractors left in the walls and never sealed. I can see right into my walls in many places. There is also a significant amount of air that travels straight from outside, neighboring units, nearby duct systems etc. through literally every light fixture, outlet, and heater. I can smell every time my neighbors cook food, smoke weed, burn things, clean etc. I can smell every time they poop in their bathroom as if they've just did their business in my own bathroom. This place is a nightmare that I've yet to wake from.

Our only maintenance person is young with absolutely no experience. When I moved in, I asked him to caulk a window vent which was caulked open prior to my arrival. I had direct holes to outside that I could not close. My only maintenance person replied to my simple request with: "I'm not sure I can do it." He meant what he said. He caulked 1/10th the gap, didn't check his work, then left. I ended up doing it myself. I couldn't wait for him to return to fill the gaping holes in my window that led straight to outside illegally close to not one but four different dryer duct exhausts.

Avoid at all costs. This place isn't worth a penny. With all the holes in the walls, it's only a matter of time before this place becomes overran by bugs. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
