The Bond in Redmond exceeded every expectation I had. Reyna, Vanessa, and Greg consistently demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for the residents. They responded quickly to questions, followed up on every detail, and created an atmosphere that made me feel... welcome from the day I arrived. The maintenance team also deserves special recognition. Every request was completed quickly and with excellent attention to detail. Have lived here since April and the location, unit layout, and staff are amazing. It’s a well maintained property and as a single parent, I feel really safe here. Will def be renewing my lease and can’t recommend enough!

The Bond is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The location is awesome and the staff really go above and beyond for everybody. This is also the quietest building I’ve lived in. I never hear my neighbors. I definitely recommend :)
