The Bond in Redmond exceeded every expectation I had. Reyna, Vanessa, and Greg consistently demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for the residents. They responded quickly to questions, followed up on every detail, and created an atmosphere that made me feel... welcome from the day I arrived. The maintenance team also deserves special recognition. Every request was completed quickly and with excellent attention to detail. The Bond is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The location is awesome and the staff really go above and beyond for everybody. This is also the quietest building I’ve lived in. I never hear my neighbors. I definitely recommend :)

The community events are one of my favorite parts—each month the team puts real effort into organizing activities such as the Mother’s Day flower-arranging workshop ??, Halloween pumpkin decorating ??, outdoor movie parties for the kids ??, and an upcoming Thanksgiving cocktail social ????. These events make... the community feel warm and connected.

A unique feature that sets this apartment apart is the daily trash pickup service. It’s incredibly convenient, and even the trash rooms are always clean and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are also handled very quickly.
