This is one of the best and safest communities in the area. Location and staff support are second to none. I would strongly recommend. The only improvement area that I constantly have a suggestion is, the top floors get too hot and too cold during summers and winters respectively. The heat is much more unbearable.

Amazing place to be in the Redmond neighborhood! It is very close to Marymoor park and has lot of places around to walk. The community is well maintained and any issue gets sorted quickly. The management is quick and responsive

The unit was still a little dirty from the prior resident upon move-in, but other than that, I have no additional complaints. It's a great place so far, and it's what you'd expect from most decent apartments.
