Willowick took over the beginning of 2022. Since then maintenance has gone downhill. For example, the "secured" parking garage gate has been broken for over 2 months. When asked if they would discount parking while it is in disrepair, they said they do not have to offer a discount. Cars have been broken into.
The hallways and stairs are getting dirtier, doors are broken so they cannot lock.
I imagine it is more profitable to do the minimum legally required, rather than be responsive.
