I love the location - close to shopping and downtown restaurants as well as trails and parks. I love the layout and spaciousness of my apartment. The office staff are friendly. My one complaint is that maintenance requests can take awhile (though they do get resolved) and communication from maintenance is lacking.

My only real issue is that on occasion some amenities aren't properly taken care of or maintained such as the doggy bags or grills. Other than that, I have noting to complain about; the tenants are nice, the staff are responsive, the space is clean and nice to look at, and everyone is very dog friendly.

I officially lived here for a little over two weeks. I can finally walk through my place without tripping! I love that my place is so space efficient. I also am happy about the option to have a storage space. Mostly though, I love the walking path away from the cars and the hustle and bustle of town. Location! Location! Location!

I moved into Riverpark last August in my first apartment experience since I was in college. I love the proximity to the river trail and the walkability to the downtown area. However...

I have spent the last 10 months being tortured most mornings between 4-6 a.m. by the backup beeps of the hotel van at the Hyatt next door and was unable to resolve this when I first moved in despite multiple attempts to move to another unit on the backside of the property.

Since new ownership in January, we... have endured weeks and weeks of trash everywhere and very seldom are the recycling bins on our floor not overflowing, sometimes so badly that you can't even enter the room.

I've had one package delivered here in March and it was stolen. My newspaper has been stolen more times than I can count. My daughter's boyfriend has had his car stolen or broken into 4 times in the parking garage when visiting.

And now, two months away from my upcoming move precipitated by all this, I've been dealing for the past four days with my smoke alarm beeping about every minute or two since its battery backup is dead. You know that feeling you get when you've been on an all-night flight and only slept for a few minutes here and there? That's been my experience for the past three nights and yet despite multiple visits to the office I'm still being told it's not an emergency. My dog has been on high alert and extremely stressed for four days due to this, has not eaten, is shaking and in constant fight or flight mode and yet they continue to tell me I'm "in the queue". I moved to Riverpark Apartments in March 2025 for a job and it's been a great experience. The community has a modern, tech-forward feel and the staff—both management and maintenance—have been super friendly and responsive. I’ve had minor issues (like a clogged toilet) and they were fixed the same day while I was at work.

They recently added a pop-up dog park, which my dog loves, and the location is ideal—lots of shops, restaurants, and trails nearby. The amenities are solid too: gym, movie room... , conference space, and more. I also got a tour of the newly remodeled units and they look amazing with updated finishes and colors.

I’ve heard complaints from before the new team took over, but I haven’t had a single problem. The new staff is on top of everything. Definitely recommend! Read More
