The staff here have been helpful since my first visit and my move in experience was also smooth and easy. The only thing is that they are not that prompt on replying email, but once you step into office they are always happy to help.

Takes forever to fix the elevator. There is no explanation to why it takes so long to fix it and no updates on the progress. We have no idea when the elevator will be fix.

The apartment is pretty good tho.

The management team continues to do an excellent job. Manager Kim is outstanding she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the apartment community runs smoothly and is always very welcoming. Overall it remains an excellent community. It’s a great place to live, with an excellent location and beautiful views.

I like it for the most part. The maintenance could be better though, both in terms of speed and quality. I would most likely renew my lease depending on the rent price hike
