Terrace on Meridian has a recurring problem with basic property upkeep, especially the trash area.

This is not a one-time issue. The dumpster/trash area has repeatedly become overflowing, unsanitary, and visibly neglected. Trash piles up outside the receptacles, bags are left exposed, cardboard and loose garbage accumulate, and the area can look more like an illegal dumping site than a maintained apartment amenity.

That is unacceptable for any apartment complex, especially one where residents... are charged for garbage service. Waste disposal is not a luxury amenity. It is a basic part of safe, sanitary housing.

Management should not need residents to repeatedly complain before obvious problems are addressed. They can see the trash area. They know when it is overflowing. Part of managing a complex is fixing these issues before they become severe and recurring.

At minimum, Terrace on Meridian needs to increase trash pickup frequency, provide more appropriate waste receptacles, enforce dumping rules, and maintain the area consistently. Residents should not have to live around overflowing garbage, pest risks, bad odors, and an eyesore that affects the whole community.

This is not just about appearance. It is about sanitation, safety, and basic respect for the people who live here.

This place truly feels like home. Apartment living in general is tough, but with Deanna our new manager here and with our awesome grounds staff it makes it 100 times easier and in all reality, comfortable. Also, cheapest rent in Puyallup doesn't hurt either!

I just moved in here and I could not be happier. Kelsie and Natalya are so sweet and kind and really understand and make sure your needs are met. When I inquired about an apartment I was promptly invited to a tour. While in the office the front desk lady answered all questions, gave me a flyer with pricing and then toured the apartment with me. She also showed the amenities and explained everything very detailed from A to Z so I had no questions or surprises. They have a pool table, gym, tanning bed and outdoor pool and also a basketball court. While we walked to the apartment I was able to see how well kept everything is. They have a... groundskeeper and the maintenance tech is also on point. I moved into a one bedroom and I love it here. I've lived here for almost two years while attending community college. Really nice and friendly staff, and maintenance does a great job keeping things clean and tidy. The walls seem thick and I rarely hear my neighbors. I've had no problems at all, it's a nice place to live and it is close to the local mall and tons of food/shopping centers.
