The 24/7 Sounder commuter and BNSF freight trains run directly behind the apartments. The noise, horns, and vibration are constant and through the day and night. If you value peace and quiet, this is not the place to live. Soon after moving in I did everything I could to be released from my lease, now my only option is to wait it out til I can be freed from this horrible situation.

Pretty upset
They offer you a lease when you first move in, but after that they do not give leases. My rent went up in October this year and now they want to raise it again! I pay my rent early every month and have been a model resident, yet that doesn’t matter. It’s pretty bad when they want to raise it twice, almost $200 total, during the holidays and during a pandemic. It really sucks that this is allowed in our state. It’s hard enough paying all the expenses on your own.

Apartment Life
This complex of apartments is more than a group buildings. It is a community of neighbors who help one another especially when in need. ( I was away on business when my wife had a medical emergency. Without hesitation our neighbor rushed her to the hospital ).
We appreciate how well the grounds are maintained, ie. lawn is mowed weekly, sidewalks are edged cleanly, etc. It is also a pet friendly community that increases the quality of life.

Country gables
This apartment looks very nice, we are looking to rent here. It has a very easy commute to the freeway, close the the military base JBLM. Has very nice staff. Is right next to the Hospital. It is also in a very secluded neighborhood so it is not disruptive at all.
