$1,100 Flat Rate for the upstairs room (UTILITIES & WIFI INCLUDED). The kitchen ,living room, dining room, garage, and both FULL bathrooms is shared between all Tenents. There is plenty of storage space for all of your things if everything does not... fit into your room.

The home is in a Neighborhood Watch Community and all of our neighbors have camera's including our own for everyone's safety.

The house has an HVAC unit to cool the house in the summer and warm the house in the winter.

Laundry unit is shared between all Tenents. The backyard is massive and this home is pet friendly, however all animals must be house trained and if they are NOT they must be kept outside.

Smoking is allowed but must be at FIRE-PIT area in the backyard of house, no smoking inside. I have posted the rooms for cheap because I know how hard it is finding a place with how expensive apartments are now days.
