I had the pleasure of staying in these apartments for 2.5 years. It was easily my best renting experience in my 7 years in Pullman (as a WSU grad student). The complex is quiet, safe, and very well cared for by the owner, who also lives in one of the units. I would make the ~20 minute walk to campus every day, but there are a few nearby bus stops if you prefer. I also greatly enjoyed being only a 2 minute walk from the Pullman downtown, to go to the likes of Pups and Cups or Pizza Perfection....
As for the unit itself, I adored it. It's a bit retro in its aesthetic, but that just made it feel quite cozy. All the appliances worked well and the other was careful to always make sure the apartments were treating the tenants well. Radiant heating in the ceiling kept the unit nice and warm in the colder months.
If you are looking for cozy, quiet space to live during your time in Pullman, I highly recommend these apartments.
PROS: cute, well-maintained, quiet, near campus, near downtown, well-priced
CONS: tight parking situation (although you do have an assigned space; it is not a free-for-all), no AC, not suited for partiers.
