I feel safe in this community, I also love the trail near the apartments for my running/ walking, maintenance is really responsive, and I love having 24 access to the gym.
My only notes for room for improvement would to have a bigger gym and pool.

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and I can honestly say it’s been a really great experience. For whoever is looking to rent here. Management is profesional and keeps you in the loop. The maintenance team is also very professional and quick. The community is very calm I feel secure, it’s very family oriented. Also, we are so close to all the stores and it’s very affordable to live here. I noticed navigator villas is very competitive with their prices on rent always striving to charge the... lowest in comparison to other apartments. The property is also very pretty it doesn’t look ghetto. I always get allot of compliments on how pretty the apartment is and the culture here everyone is really nice.
