All apartment homes come with washer and dryer, and stainless-steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Apartment homes feature 9ft ceilings, wooden floors, spacious floor plans with large amounts of storage throughout the unit. Here at Whitney Lane Apartments, we welcome dogs over the age of 12 months and under 25 pounds as well as cats. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $400 for one pet or $500 for two as well as, $50 pet rent per month. Security deposits start at $700 and screening fees are $50 per adult over 18 and $75 for a married couple. We are a no smoking property.
