Since the new management has taken over the appearance and safety of the building has been a lot better. I have had no problems getting a hold of anyone someone is always in the office. They are on top of keeping trash picked up and built a surround around the dumpsters. They painted the outside of the complex and renovated the interiors. Looks and feels a lot more like a community than in years past.

Takes maintenance a while before they fix a problem. Noisy dogs that bark all the time. There's normally garbage piled up by the garbage cans. My car been broken into 3 times. Other people have had their car broken into the cops had been called more than once to the property due to smashed car windows. The most handicap apartments are not accessible.
