They have two pools but only one by the main office will be open during spring and summer and only during office hours. The pool is over ran by little kids, as an adult you never get to use it to relax and enjoy.

The spa is always broken and never works.

Gym is OK but also only open during office hours.

There are a lot of car break-ins and it is from kids that live/and or visiting here. They literally walk and check cars to see if they are unlocked and then search through them and steal... .

Quite a few people that will blast their car radio's driving through day and night and also Rev up their motors.

Few weeks back there was a shoot out between two vehicles of someone that lives here with over 28 rounds fired.

Massive issue with new residents with dogs who do NOT pick up their dog poop

Dog park should be treated and kept up and never is, and also pet owners do not pick up the dog poop in there.

During spring and summer this place is over ran by kids that live here and also hanging out here that will trash the place leaving huge messes

some residents will sit and or party around their car with music blasting for several hours even into late night hours.

The people opperating this property are a joke. I lived here for 3 years, we made six different requests to replace faulty appliances that were running up our bill. They were NEVER replaced.
They tried to raise our rent by over 700 dollars after promising a 100 dollar increase if everyone renewed. We did and they still tried to rasie our rent, the only reason they didn't was becasue we filed a complained with the BBB.
You have to hold the Leasing Office feet to the fire constantly to do... anything.
Noise at ALL hours of the night, with residents blasting music so loud it literally made the walls shack.
Bugs everywhere.

In cobble court, repairs are made literallyb everybtwo months and they are oftgen too long and overwhelming. From 4-6 days and denied or rather limited to the place in repair. Their repairs are often recurring and take too long. The mess after the repairs is left to the owner to clean up and the technicians don't care about the residents property. They treat it as garbage. Cobble court apartments is no place to be.

I really liked living here until the attack of the ants started. they never mention these things when you move in, but it is well maintained.

I have lived here for almost 8 yrs and I would love to stay!
