Excellent Leasing Office Experience I had a wonderful experience with Parkview Apartments leasing office during my recent lease renewal. Shannon was incredibly responsive and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She provided timely assistance, answered all my questions clearly, and ensured everything was handled efficiently.
Beyond the renewal process, I’ve consistently been impressed with their excellent service. The team is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about... residents. On-site maintenance is also outstanding requests are addressed quickly, and the work is always done thoroughly. It’s reassuring to know that both the leasing office and maintenance staff are reliable and committed to keeping the community running well.

Dryer & Microwave Maintenance We submitted maintenance requests for our dryer and microwave. Shannon contacted me to offer other options until maintenance was completed. I appreciate the office taking time to ensure our living requirements were not interrupted in the meantime. When Rick arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that was to be done and the followups required. This team ROCKS! I am always very impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail.
