Feels like home Close to all your needs. Landscaping is great. Anything I have ever needed fixed, was taken care of quickly. Everybody seems friendly. Shannon keeps everything perfect. Thanks to Shannon and Rick for the hard work.

Excellent Leasing Office Experience I had a wonderful experience with Parkview Apartments leasing office during my recent lease renewal. Shannon was incredibly responsive and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She provided timely assistance, answered all my questions clearly, and ensured everything was handled efficiently.
Beyond the renewal process, I’ve consistently been impressed with their excellent service. The team is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about... residents. On-site maintenance is also outstanding requests are addressed quickly, and the work is always done thoroughly. It’s reassuring to know that both the leasing office and maintenance staff are reliable and committed to keeping the community running well.
