They have made so many changes to this building! The maintenance has improved and it shows!! We have lived here for 6 months and the changes and improvements keep happening. We are ever so grateful for the management team for taking our concerns and suggestions seriously and the changes show. The clean up downtown is apparent and we appreciate all the upgrades that all the businesses are making to make this a safe place to live!!!

I lived here for 3 years and…. It was an experience. I had my downstairs neighbor deface my door because the floors and walls were paper thin and I dared to walk around my apartment, the roof caved in in my neighbor’s unit which was on the same floor as mine, and we used to watch the rats dance around the back area. Also the washers and dryers were coin operated. On the plus side, my place had great views and the staff there were nice! Management was hard to get ahold of but the folks on site... were great. This was the worst apartment I've ever lived in. Walls and ceiling are paper thin, you hear every words your neighbor speaks. The hallways are always dirty and dark. The dryer is constantly catching on fire. Screaming from the homeless in the ally and dirty needles on the ground. The background door to the building is always open. And don't forget the maintenance guy never answers calls, texts or maintenance requests. Your better off living somewhere else.
