I have lived here for a few months. I looked around for an apartment complex which looked quiet, and full of decent people. El Toro is both. I've got no complaints about noise, which I am very conscious of. There is ample parking, though your unit may be a distance from the lot.
The price is rather high considering there is no washer/dryer in unit, and no dishwasher. My rationalization is that I'm paying for the centralized location, larger floor plan, and quiet community.
The grounds are very... well maintained, and it's more of a southwestern landscape with pan-asian topiaries.
