I have lived here for one year and have submitted five formal complaints — including three video recordings — documenting repeated excessive noise from an upstairs neighbor occurring after quiet hours. Management’s response has been to classify deliberate, forceful stomping and dropping heavy large objects at all hours of the night on a consistent nightly basis as “ordinary residential living noise.”
If you are considering this building, know that noise complaints are not taken seriously here,... regardless of how well-documented they are. There is a quiet hours policy in the lease that appears to exist on paper only.
If you value actually being able to rest in your own home and expect management to uphold the lease you signed, look elsewhere
