Pros: The leasing office manager is very sweet and gets things done very fast! Everyone that I’ve meet in the building is very nice. The property is very safe and secure. Little to no maintenance issues.
Cons: The street noise is very bad if you live on the street side. Much worse than anticipated. Extremely loud motorcycles and dirt bikes at all hours of the night. Walks are pretty thin. I can hear anyone within a two door radius shut and lock their door and if my neighbors have company I can... hear their muffled conversations. The doors slam shut and most people don’t softly close them. There is air conditioning in the hallway and lobby but not in the apartments. The dumpster is full three days after pick up.
If you value safety, newness, washer and dryer in unit, and easy parking then this place is for you! If you value peace and quiet then this is not the place for you.
