This place is GORGEOUS. Nov. 2019 was 1 year and I was happy to renew my lease. affordable apartments and decent neighborhood! They actually DO allow pets with a pet deposit. I love most of my neighbors and don't feel scared to be home.

I love living here, everyone in the office is always super nice and helpful, the grounds always look nice, overall a nice place to live. I have never had any problems with the staff, usually the only time people have a problem are because they are the people who aren't following the rules or they are mad about something that management can't control. I have lived here for 3 years now and don't plan to move anytime soon, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live in... this area!

Don't waste your time. Manager is unhelpful and RUDE. If you inquire conditions., she'll interrupt you before you finish your sentence!

Recommend this complex over Carrolls Creek Landing. Management in Carrolls Creek Landing does not care about safety of their residents only looking for your money.The Villas at Lakewood actually cares about their residents, and they look for improvement and how the fullfill the needs of their residents. Also is cheaper, newer, safer, and the amenties at the Villas are outstanding!

I am limited to a wheelchair and was looking for a totally ADA apartment complex.
I am very pleased with what I saw at Villa. Great handicapped apartments, very nice landscaping, wide sidewalks, etc.
