There were 3 property managers in the 16 months I lived here. The first one when I moved in was utterly awful. I moved into a filthy apartment, where I had to clean sprinkles out of my cabinets, there was a thick layer of black gunk in the rails of my sliding door, and buy an air purifier just to make it livable. It took me months to clean that apartment to my standards.

When I moved out, the new manager went over that apartment with a fine toothed comb and wrote notes about cleanliness on... nearly every line. If only the manager had done the same when I moved in!

I rented this apartment without seeing it first as I was moving across the state. Had I seen it before I would not have.

Additionally, the walls are paper thin. You can hear every move of your neighbors. During the winter unhoused individuals find refuge in the halls, use the plug ins to charge their phones, and leave their cigarettes and trash in the hallways. There are zero amenities here. It’s nice to see someone actually cleaning this place up, since Madison has been Manager it’s been so nice living here, it’s clean, I always see her going around making sure trash is picked up. She was gone for a few months having a baby and nothing was cleaned and I knew when she came back because this place looks awesome. Im so glad she’s back!!!

I’ve lived here for almost a year now, a new manager took over not to long after I moved in and she’s been great, always fast acting with maintenance requests. I always see her and her kids walking the apartments , cleaning, vacuuming the hallways, it’s just a nice feeling knowing I live somewhere that’s cared for my previous experiences haven’t been the best. I had a maintenance emergency today and she didn’t even hesitate and fixed it right away. Thank you!

Madison has been so wonderful since she’s been working here, she has made sure the property is always picked up no trash anywhere, she’s in the office all week which is a nice change. She was able to get my daughter in an apartment and worked and communicated every step of the way! I feel good with her being Manager, I know my issues if any will be fixed right away and she’s always so friendly! I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking!!

I found this apartment when I was in a bind looking for a place to stay. When all other places would not let me in due to poor credit, NOT due to being delinquent on my rent or other bills associated with living cost. The property managers actually listened and saw that I am responsible and reliable. I have a great 1br apartment close to everything I need and close to work. Nice area and great view in the back.
