HORRIBLE PLACE

I don't know why the rating is high this place is the worst place to live in lynnwood very rude non existent management, the neighbors are allowed to get away with harassing other tenants and if you complain they target you. They break so many state laws and get away with it, the place has dog poop, garbage, homeless people everywhere and they claim there is security but they never show up, don't believe office people lies they just want money. Before you move in here drive through look at decks... talk to tenants, this place is like living in hell you cannot sleep your car is not safe and they say they are not responsible for anything. I am sure their are better places in the area to move that will take care of issues, and the company hnn hides and you cannot contact them for anything. Also look at reviews about this place from people that have or do live here I have and they are horrible many state that Allyson manager should be fired but company must be desperate for workers, and God forbid you complain they will target YOU kids here are out of control also

takes reports of harassment, lease violations, and community conduct seriously. All concerns are reviewed in accordance with community policies and applicable housing regulations. We also conduct regular grounds inspections and work with vendors to address cleanliness and maintenance matters. If you are ever in immediate danger, please call 9-1-1. For non emergency concerns related to activity in or around the community, we encourage residents to report specific dates, times, and details directly to the office so they can be formally documented and reviewed.

Don't recommend to anyone

Don't even think about it, parking sucks with their new rule 1 car per house hold even if you both need a car they don't let 2 cars and no where to park the 2nd car. They say park at your parents or rent a second car how stupid!!! Managment changed to worse. Alexis doesn't have any answers. They don't pick there phone. Every yr just getting worse. Kids play soccer on parking lots. Cars getting scrached often. Carts from store close by left by cars.....it's a mess and only got worse. When... Justin worked here he atleast always tried to answer all the questions and respected everyone

Its horrible!

I was treated well before moving in, but once the lease was signed it was an entirely different situation!!! My unit has massive electrical problems and I cant get anyone to respond! No one will answer the phone or my emails. The trash is piled sky high near the dumpsters. The office manager is a joke. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place. It's just so wrong!

Looks nice on paper but…

2/6: There is not enough parking for the residents that live in building A because half of the spots are "reserved". The management of the actual property
and community is poor and could use some real structure and authority. The floor I live on always has middle school and high school kids screaming, running and disturbing the residents that live there. They hang out for a few hours and leave an absolute disgusting mess of food wrappers, garbage, crumbs, spilled drinks, cigarette packs, you...
name it. Management hasn't done anything to
prevent this and says it's out of their control. The apartments themselves are nice but the dirty/noisy environment makes it very unbearable to live here. Over the last 8 months, 5 out of 7 days of the week
I leave my apartment and there's garbage in the hall and elevator and come home to another mess. It's gross.

2/25: Management has still done nothing to help solve this, tonight after 10pm a kid thought it'd be really funny to kick at my door super loud and run away. At the point to where I'd rather find another place to live. This is just ridiculous and childish.

Bad choice

Not even a star, Worst place to live.
Unprofessional Manager "Treacy" and her assistants are the worst I ever work with. I never recommend this place to live in or deal with the management .
the manager and her team are living in a very nice apartments and keep decline walking renters. NOT FAIR.
It's for low income renters not the management.
Garbage not managed well and everywhere. very bad parking.
and people lives there are so mean.
HNN really has to put many efforts to chose the right...
