The community is gated and monitored by 24/7 security cameras, making it a safe and secure place for residents of all ages. It’s located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just minutes from Martha Lake, which adds to the overall appeal.
I’ve been living here for a while and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay without encountering any... major issues. The property manager is very responsive and always available to help when needed. The location is also a big plus — it’s close to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and cafés, making daily errands convenient.
There was an issue with visitor parking in the past, but that has been resolved. Overall, I highly recommend Green Hill Apartments for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to live in Lynnwood.

Absolutely regret moving in here. The worst part of this apartment is the parking situation. There’s no guest parking anywhere so visitors are forced to illegally park at a church or gas station, or walk a few blocks over if they can park somewhere else. After moving in, neighbors have stated that the unit ran out of parking spaces and they’re being limited to one car per unit. How is this a new building and yet they didn’t account for the number of spaces needed to properly accommodate their... residents…? The unit itself has updated fixtures yet poorly made. They had built a garbage dispose for the kitchen sink that they didn’t bother to finish since it doesn’t work. Goes to show how much thought they put into this building! Please note that this building doesn’t even have a trash chute or recycling bin since management took it away about a month ago and basically forced residents to find their own recycling unit. Be prepared to hear loud banging noises of people throwing their trash out near the building at 5am. Walls and floors are incredibly thin so you can hear neighbors stomping and moving furniture at random parts of the night. If you love to be inconvenienced, this is the place for you! Read More
