No walkthrough of your apartment until after you sign your lease. Old appliances, no parking, roaches. They charge as much as newer apartments with actual amenities like AC and new appliances.

Love the fireplace, the balcony and the landscaping. If you ever need someone to help you with any of your issues/questions talk to Amy. She treated me exactly like you'd like to be treated. Nothing has been too big or too small.

The staff and maintenance team is fantastic. They know us by name and are always responsive, courteous and helpful no matter what the issue. The grounds are stunning and so well kept. This is a very family (and pet-friendly) community where we feel safe and well taken care of. We would recommend it to anyone.

My family and I moved into a 3-bedroom 2 bath about 4 months ago and pleased with the decision. The leasing team, Meg, Amy, and Joe are great. What a view of the grounds, clean and a remarkable landscape! My apartment is bright, clean, and spacious. I love it!!
