Quiet setting, close to necessities!

Apartments are good size. The neighbors are quiet but I think the thicker walls help. It's close to amenities like Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer, schools and churches etc.. Rent price is fair and management is really nice. Only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is our apartment gets really hot being on the 2nd floor which is easily fixed with an AC or fans.
