My husband and I moved in in August of 2020. It’s now November 2020 and we’re already looking for somewhere new to live. Maintenance is absolutely terrible and stay out working on their cars at all hours of the night, our neighbors are LITERALLY dealing drugs out of their apartment, I’ve had neighbors throw things at my puppy, I’ve watched somebody run across our courtyard with a gun. If you’re a military family they will not talk to the spouse who stays at home (if that’s your case) they will... only talk to the military service member. Every possible thing that you can think is wrong in an apartment is wrong here.

Great Place!
My husband and I were at JBLM and chose this property since it was close to base. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly towards us, the facilities were always clean, and we both loved being here. We got orders to NC and had to move, but we will definitely be back if we are at JBLM again.

Horrible
The manager doesn’t know how to talk to people. Kids can’t even play in the yard because there is alway dog poop. The apartments are way over priced for how small and old they are

Stay clear of this aprtment complex, unless you have no other choice
When you move out....they will send the final bill, to collectors, and not to your forwarding address. This kind of landlord action, should be considered illegal, and I have opened up a complaint with the better business bureau, regarding Morningtree handling of the final bill. I gave them advance noticed, did not owe additional rent, except repairs. I had no problem, paying repair bill, or any additional fees, and gave them my forwarding address. Instead of giving me the bill, they mailed the... bill to collectors, in which I ended up paying an additional fee.

Morningtree
It's good and bad they overcharge on utilities. We're paying 3 different utility bills and we get a lot of notices about missed payments even thought we are setup through an allotment. We also disputed one of the missed payments and found out it was because they misplaced it....?
