Apartment always smells bad, elevators always down, neighbor bangs on my wall as loud as possible starting at 7pm, raising my rent at renewal almost 17%, ac is loud and doesn’t cool apartment, outside is loud from cars, fridge is the dumbest design imaginable and nothing fits, dishwasher will turn on or off just by accidentally walking by and rubbing it, gas stove is also easily accidentally turned on, laundry takes forever, kitchen sink has a really stupid mechanic to change to spray mode. The... positives are the location.

Great spot nice vibes. Elevators take a while and can’t be reserved due to servicing for a few months now which seems weird. Move in tools were all kind of broken but other than that seems like a good place excited to live here.

Everything else is good except the wall painting smell I did not expect. During my apartment tour I did not feel the smell and thought only a cleaning would be done, but they repainted some part of the wall. hope it well go away after few weeks.
