We lived at both Ethos and Kairos for years. Thank goodness we are finally out!
Constant issues: Our cars were broken into three times. People always yelling and throwing late night parties Trash always overflowing. Constantly broken amenities. A kid brought a knife to the pool once and was threatening people with it. Pool always either closed or the water is so murky and unsanitary. Zero enforcement on anything. A two-bedroom in our building had 8 people living in... it. Complaints were ignored from multiple people in our building. Homeless people always digging through the trash bins. Dog poop everywhere.
I can literally keep the list going.
Management is completely incompetent. We paid rent on time, never a late payment, left the place spotless, paid all of our move-out fee in person with a cashier’s check, got a signed receipt by the assistant manager and they still sent us to collections. If we didn’t have the receipt saved, this could have negatively impacted our credit score. It’s disgusting how little they care.
If you value safety, peace, or your financial record—do not live here. I wish I can give kairos negative stars.
