Beautiful property. Quiet neighborhood and good location. Staff is exceptional. All the office ladys are wonderful and make you feel important and truly at home in the community. They do what they say they're going to do and are always very timely with communication. They definitely go above and beyond for their residents. Maintenance staff is professional, friendly, and respectful. Haven't had any issues here so far or needed much from maintenance other than an air filter. Staff is wonderful. Especially the manager ;) she goes above and beyond for the residents! Great central location in the tri cities for work or pleasure. I would recommend moving here to anybody looking for a comfy quiet place to live!

This is the best place we have every lived. We moved here in 2020. Maintenance has been excellent and gone above and beyond for us. The office staff are friendly and treat us like family. We can’t imagine living anywhere else. Thanks OTB!

This apartment complex does not care about their tenants, we are paying their checks and we get poor, poor service. The office can't seem to answer the phones even though there are 4 full time workers, yet the phone always goes unanswered. The maintenance staff seems to not have a clue how to fix something that's when they bother to show up, when they do they maybe fix it (usually takes 2 trips to fix their error) they leave a huge mess. Dogs barking all the time, no parking anywhere and kids... running around with no parents watching them. When you try to talk to the office they tell you they care however don't. Read More
