They're not what they say. They don't have washer/dryer in units, they charge extra for water and there's no amenities. Better apartments out there that won't rip you off. They don't care about tenants, no communication. No extra parking.

This place is not what they say. They want to increase the rent 60% even without upgrades. There's no amenities so your paying for nothing. They're charging for water and not signing a lease. Out for the money, there's better, more affordable places is why I'm moving. They don't discuss any problems, they're a big company who don't care about tenants. If you can afford to pay for nothing but a roof over your head. But it's way too much compared to other places. If it sits empty they might get... a clue.
