Friendly and Understanding but Dig a little too deep into finances
The units are light and bright, and roomier than you would think. Tons of storage! I am disabled and a student and the management were willing to work with my cosigner and financier (father) but we got into the application process and they asked for bank statements and then three years of tax returns from my father who is retired. As a true boomer he has been scammed and this just got his redflags flying high and he declined to continue which broke my sweet little heart. I truly wish I was... moving in right now but to be honest that is a bit excessive and unfortunately a common barrier to the housing market for quality renters. Sand Panda!

Lies! No security system or fast WIFI
Just moved in and have to say that these ads that Dimension is putting on multiple pages are lies. There is no fast broadband of WIFI. And no security system. In fact, the doors don't even close properly. Do not move into this place thinking that it comes with WIFI. You have to contact Xfinity and pay them to drill a hole in your wall and install it. That increased my monthly bills by $100 a month. Not happy! Locked into a year lease and can't even get a hot shower when I want it because the... water is always cold.
