I recently moved into a two bedroom apartment here and it has been a great experience so far. Both the office staff and maintenance have been very welcoming and easy to work with. I loved the large size of their two-bedroom options. It was a pretty good price for its size and the amenities!

Building is old and going down hill with minimal to no repairs. Hallways. stairwells & garage always dirty with trash and stained carpets. North elevator has been out of service since 3/29/24 to current date of 5/24/24 with one update giving 5/3/24 that another part was needed. Secure garage gate always broken along with the call box at the main entrance for entry of guest. Leaking old pipes throughout building, making garage a river flow and smell of mildew. No communication from staff and... slow to process work orders.
Current resident trying to break lease and move out due to broken elevator for almost 2 months having to take stairs from garage up 2 flights. Feel really bad for those on the higher level floors.
