These apartments have a good general location. Close enough to walk to get food or groceries. Tucked away and quiet enough to be able to relax.

I've lived here since 2021 and I literally have no complaints. From the maintenance crew to the front desk staff everyone has been nothing but wonderful and ready to help me with any issues I have. The apartments come pre-furnished and ready to go, which saves so much money on furniture. They constantly do giveaways and fun community events, and they truly are a fantastic place to live.

It’s a great option if you don’t have anyone you know that you can live with. They can be unorganized at times, but overall a great place to live.

There's much to say on both sides of the coin. The apartments are in a great location relative to the college campus, not not so much relative to the 3 sets of active train tracks. The grove staff is very accommodating in their assistance with simple fixes, but more intricate issues come with duct tape and super glue to fix the problem. If there was a measure i wish they'd implement most, it'd be added security around the property. there's currently only one or two cameras that are exclusive to... the office building itself. If they did take action to implement this, i could see a sizeable drop in local disturbances and hopefully better social decorum amongst residents. Ive lived here since 2019 and have grown accustomed to life here. But it does take a bit when you come from living with family or on your own.

We understand that the proximity to the train tracks might be a tad inconvenient for some and we appreciate your patience in this regard.... We're glad you've found our staff helpful with small-fix issues but we're taking note of improving on more complex ones. Your suggestion for increased security measures is valid and we are actively looking into our option in that regard.
