The staff is very nice, and maintenance is done routinely and with warning. Requested maintenance is also dealt with quickly. Snow/ice maintenance is very quick and was dealt with the morning after we got a few inches of snow late at night.

This has overall been a great experience for me and I have enjoyed my stay. Even when something was wrong with my lease the staff was quick to fix it and efficient in doing so

I love living here with my roommates! Great management and so close to campus which makes it so convenient as a student. Also if you’re ever having any problems with your apartment, maintenance is so quick!

This is a nice, quiet place to live. Staff really looks after and cares for the residents. I would recommend this place to others. Looking forward to another lease here at the Benjamin.

I haven't had AC for a few weeks, which I'm assuming is because they've been doing work on the system. I know it's winter, but I'd still like some communication about that so that I know when I'll have AC again. Beyond that, my time in the complex has been enjoyable.
