The staff is amazing, the property is clean, and I love the area. I'm really glad I have chosen this place as my home while in college. Not only is this place affordable, but I have not had a single bad experience that couldn't be fixed.

Clean, safe, close to campus, secure parking and mailing. Way too random maintenance checks, scheduling has got to get better. Cost of laundry is 1.50 a load after 4 years I’ll have paid 930 roughly dollars on just that, which is the cost of an entire washer and dryer. Took away the ability to match with residents through an app where we communicate to eachother before hand, led to bad roommate situation but they left me move mid year to another unit.

Good place to live so far, maintenance is quick to respond if things go wrong. Hallways could be cleaner but that’s more of a resident issue unfortunately

It’s been a wonderful experience living here! The staff is so kind and they truly care about their residents. The events that the Lofts throw are awesome and the amenities are wonderful.

Benjamin lofts is a great place to live. It's a bit expensive, but its close to campus, and includes everything needed to be comfortable. The events are fun, and I hope that there will be more of them in the future.
