I am happy to recommend this place, to call their home. I love the clean pristine quality structured apartments with choice features. Love all the staff who are like nice family. I found the prices to be comparable to others but when it came to overall comparison, they are by far #1. Well kept amenities: swimming pool, work out room, theater/party room, social/study area and tanning beds to beat the winter blues. The ambiance is well kept and clean. They frequently have special events to... celebrate and get to really know the tenants. The staff are fabulous, always friendly, positive, accommodating and helpful. My #1 maintance guy, actually knows what he is doing and takes pride in his workmanship, and that is more rare these days. He's a keeper! And issues get taken care of most diligently. I love that these apts are close to schools and bus line, but mostly I love feeling safe and being treated like #1, like how they treat everyone. I am happy, so grateful and appreciative to be here. Told there was $700 in damage 4 months after we moved out
Great experience while living there but when we moved out they added $700 of damage fees on top of the $500 security fee we paid at move in. Charged us for things that were never in the apartment and were never used. After trying to fight and showing picture proof they said it didn’t prove anything since they weren’t within 48 hours but also haven’t provided any photos of the damage. Don’t live here!! They just want to take advantage of college kids.

Scammers, try to charge people pet fees that don't have pets
My brother received a 10 day notice to vacate or comply notice due to the team noticing a dog during dryer vent cleaning. HE HAS NO PETS. Not only is he allergic to dogs, he's afraid of them. (He has autism.) The office is aware that he has issues with communication due to his autism, and I am his "agent" (POA). There are documents on file of this from when he moved in over a year ago. They didn't call me, or try to get in contact with me whatsoever. Shoved this into his door. Furthermore, he... has a living room camera and a doorbell camera and has clips that go back over a year. This proves there has never been a pet anywhere in his unit. Up until now, I've had only good things to say about Eagle Point and have recommended this complex to dozens - not anymore. STAY AWAY. Families and individuals shouldn't have to deal with someone else's mistake, especially during EASTER WEEKEND.
A manager should be reaching out to Monday but apparently are "aware of the issue".
If Eagle Point decides to make this right on Monday, I will edit my review.

Apartments are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The community is quiet, safe, and pretty. Maintenance is quick to respond and very helpful.
