I recently moved in here to a 2x1 apartment. It was been awesome so far. I will recommend getting a paid parking spot because parking is really full. Nate, the community manager, is willing to help you out and very professional.

I have lived in a 2 bed, 1 bath at Boulder for three years and have been happy with it. Management has always been helpful, and the new manager is very organized which is great. Maintenance has always been quick to fix anything I needed. Apartments are a good size and affordable if you have roommates. I almost never hear my neighbors and everyone is very friendly. Despite the "no dog" rule, EVERYONE has a dog. Sometimes poop doesn't get picked up, which is annoying, but there are policies in... place for this and owners are fined if caught. Parking can be a nightmare late at night during the school year. Typically the parking closest to the apartments fill up by 9 or 10 pm, which forces you to park pretty far from the apartments (but still in the parking lot). There are carports and garages that you can pay extra for to avoid this problem. Overall, I would recommend Boulder Apartments. Read More
