This site limits the length of reviews pretty strictly, so for the sake of communicating what is most important about Madison Park Apartments:
-Atrocious property management staff. Their biggest failing is in dealing with resident matters. They take great care of the buildings and grounds but that is really all they can be counted on for. They did nothing to resolve noise disputes, parking issues, undisposed dog poop, illegal dumping, lease violations, you name it. If it involved actually... dealing with matters involving residents, they failed to act.
-This property not crime-free or pest-free. Someone attempted to steal property off of my deck and my sister's car was broken into. We also had ants in our kitchen despite keeping a very clean space.
-Most of the neighbors are extremely inconsiderate and in some cases downright rude and threatening. We had issues with both our upstairs neighbors and next door neighbors that went unresolved over the entire duration of our lease.

Wonderful community!
Loved my time at Madison Park Apartments - it’s conveniently located near the highway, grocery stores and restaurants, yet tucked in a private area surrounded by trees and a river that runs through the property. The staff is amazing, too! If I lease again - it’ll be with Madison Parks! Thank you for the great experience. ??????????
