A short walk brings you to the innumerable fantastic restaurants & breweries, local shops, Bellingham night clubs & pubs, the Co-op, personal banking, the South Bay Trail and, last but not least, the incredibly convenient and affordable public transit station operated by the Whatcom Transit Authority.

If approved, applicants should expect to sign a lease and pay Security Deposit within 1 business day. Westview requires first month's rent and a one time $100 Administrative Fee prior to move in.

Renter's insurance required throughout tenancy. Rent includes W/S/G and one (1) parking space in a secured lot. Tenants pay for electricity through Puget Sound Energy.
