Overall, it’s OK. However, way overpriced. You absolutely can find a better apartment for the same price or less. PTLA is money hungry and obviously doesn’t care about their renters. Manager was nice. Usually quiet but some recent renters have been pretty loud at night. Road outside complex is dangerous, I have seen many pedestrians and renters get hit by cars that weren’t watching where they were going. Don’t expect deposit back. Parking is great.

Sometimes okay, and moldy
The apartments are small, fine for one person without much to spare. Mold isn't taken care of beyond a sheet of paint. Don't expect deposit back.

A hidden gem that occasionally screams
Been here a decade. It’s perfect except for the occasional 9 am grass goblins who use the loudest possible leaf blowers and lawn movers devised by man to ‘do maintenance work’
