Fantastic management, great location, 3-year resident
My experience living at Sir Gallahad Apartments for the past 3 years has been exceptional. The apartment layout was perfect with great natural light, and I always felt safe and comfortable. The location is unbeatable! It's highly walkable and close to public transit and to the bellevue downtown. The property managers run a very tight ship; everything from move-in to move-out was seamless. A massive thank you to the team, especially Ms. Sandra, for making my three years here so enjoyable!

Noisy place
Location is good, but the convenience comes with a cost. This place is way more noisy than any other places I have stayed at.

The staff here is excellent!
Most of them live on the property and really go out of their way to be helpful and neighborly. James and his team are very friendly, responsive and always thorough. They really make this a great place to live!

Amazing find in Downtown Bellevue with Stellar Pricing!
In my year that I lived at the Sir Gallahad apartments, I absolutely loved it. From the time I initially inquired about an apartment, up until the time that I moved out, the experience was amazing (which is pretty hard to say for most apartment complexes).
One of the things I loved most about the Sir Gallahad was that the staff/management stayed the same for the duration of my lease. This might not seem like a big deal, but it was so great working with the same people and being able to build a... relationship with them (big shoutout to Mimi and Schick!) Having worked in property management in my life, the turn over rate can be really high, so becoming accustomed to working with the same staff was AWESOME!
The building was always very clean and the units are really well kept, as well as updated with new floors, carpets, light fixtures and appliances. And talk about an awesome deal in terms of rent costs. Prices in Bellevue can be crazy expensive, so I was shocked I was able to find such a lovely apartment in a great location, at such an awesome price.
I truly cannot say enough awesome things about the Sir Gallahad apartments. Living there was truly a pleasure and I highly encourage anyone seeking an apartment in Bellevue to check it out. From start to finish, they get an A ! Thanks Mimi and Schick!
