Extremely unprofessional and careless management. I was hit with unnecessary move-in delays and costs due to Kymberly’s lack of communication. During my year living at Belfair View apartments I encountered numerous issues but the most recent was the worst. Management left residents without power with no notice, no email, no text, and no update. If I hadn’t come home early from work, I would have been without power all night. Leaving families and residents in the dark is unacceptable.
