One bedroom for rent in large house (6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms) with multiple shared living spaces including a huge living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and two shared bathrooms. The common areas are furnished but pretty... sparsely since I just moved in, so there is plenty of room to add your own items. Washer and dryer on first floor and large chest freezer and BBQ on the back deck. There is also a large yard and fire pit. Plenty of off-street parking too.

Utilities are split amongst those who live in the home. Right now it's just me. Utilities include electric, oil, water, internet, and trash, recycling, and compost.

I have a shy indoor only cat and additional pets will be considered on a case by case basis.

I'm looking for a chill and considerate person who cleans up after themselves and pays rent on time. I'm pretty easy to live with if you can meet those requirements.

6 month lease offered to start with to make sure we're a good fit with option to renew for longer. Renters insurance required and deposit equal to one month rent.
