Good environment for students!

The building is equipped with gym, laundry in unit(no coin needed), parking garage and the security is pretty tight.

Great place for students !

Being right on Winooski circle and having a bus stop right out the front doors makes using public transportation very accessible. Inside is quiet and is a good environment for students to study and relax on off days. With heat and electric included and a parking garage (not included in rent) connected to the building you can't go wrong moving in here.

Pretty good

The parking garage directly attached is a life saver. No brushing off your vehicle in the winter. With everything but food included in the price it's almost too easy to live here. Also nice and quiet, great wifi.
