Honestly I cannot recommend this place. Year by year it just keeps getting worse and worse. Over my time there all the families and dog owners moved out due to construction taking away the only area for people and pets to gather. Now you can only take your pet to the woods. Expect your air conditioner to never get tour bedroom below 75 in the summer. No washer and dryer in the apartment and upon leaving you will be charged for anything you hang on the wall. They will raise rent each year and... essentially just keep squeezing every penny they can out of you.
**if you want to get an apartment with a balcony don’t, I had it and shelburne road is so loud from 3am to about midnight that it is difficult and unpleasant to be outside. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t get a balcony because I simply couldn’t stand being out on it. Also tons of wasps that the owners never took care of.
As you can see the list goes on and on and I’m just glad I’m out of this prison
