I have loved living here! The apartments are great and spacious. We have a nice kitchen, a balcony with lots of light, and the location is spectacular. We can walk to the grocery store, the bike path is close by, lots of food options nearby, and working at UVM it was only a 10 min drive to work each day. The landlords, Jill and Mike, are wonderful people and have always been quick to respond to any inquiries. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

A great place to live
I have lived here for 6 years and I have had a wonderful experience. It is clean, quiet, well located, and safe. The building is well maintained, and if anything needs to be managed it is done quickly. I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing Space and Great Landlords
I rented as a medical student at Clock Tower Square and can't say enough great things about the apartment and management! We had to complete a very quick move on an accelerated timeframe, and Jill was incredibly supportive and responsive in helping us find a home during an extremely stressful time! The apartment itself is awesome. Large kitchen, well lit, tons of storage space and a great balcony. Quiet building in a very walkable and great location. Jill and Mike have been superb landlords.... They are great communicators and very responsive any time we've reached out, and are super friendly anytime we run into them. I would strongly recommend renting here to anyone considering.
