Moving into a new apartment

roach infested. would not rent
No communication whatsoever once you sign the lease. Poor communication skills from one manger and it is just terrible. Was not informed how bad the roaches are, FILTHY. Pest control is free but when have y’all ever cleaned these apartments and deep cleaned? The roaches are terrible and they say they do it every two weeks which is a joke. I would not rent here unless you can’t anywhere else. It is just disgusting and I hate it.

Perfect
My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new place. Just the surrounding area makes you forget younare 10 minutes from everything. Its peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly, and the management is so on top of things its like they fix any issue before you ask.
My only complaint is that I didnt move here sooner.
