Maintenance fixes things quickly and are often on top of things and are nice along with community is very sweet and for the most part quiet other then few times problems with a neighbor with screaming and loud music

Very quiet neighborhood very peaceful with very pleasant staff. Work orders are handled in a very timely matter. My kids love taking advantage of the pool & park when weather permits

I love the location of the property. It is close to shopping and town. The doors slam and the walls are thin. It is an old property that could use some upgrades but it is well maintained. The maintenance staff are super friendly but the office staff, not so much. The parking is very crowded. They need more spaces or to limit the number of cars per apartment. Pool is great ad well as the lifeguards. Good starter property but the rent has gone up a lot.
