Just moved in to Maple bay and move in process was smooth and easy. The leasing agent Mariah was on it and straight forward and made the move in process quick and simple. Did a walk thru and wasn’t no big head hurters during the walk thru of the townhome and was very clean even before the final clean.

The fitness center is a big and always clean and it has free weights. The staff is friendly, and maintenance is always quick to help. It’s a great place to call home!

Disappointing
1.Before moving in I read reviews and decided to risk it anyway, big mistake. Just as previous reviews mentioned, the only garbage on S Amsterdam is a disaster area and this is with the new and improved compactor that was installed over a year ago. There’s always garbage piled higher than the door and flowing out onto the street in view of all of the apartments facing. Not what you want to see when u open your window or front door. Then there’s the dumpster across from the compactor that is... completely open and accessible to all. There’s garbage, broken furniture, boxes, water tank, u name it, it sits in and around the dumpster all weekend and overnight until the 1 porter cleans it up. Btw no matter where u live in this community of 400 plus units, u have to walk your garbage to this one location or do like several people do and drive it to the area on the hood of their vehicle.
