WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!
This has been the worst experience I? could have expected coming into my first apartment. For starters, they have no grace period. I’m fully aware you shouldn’t be late but life happens and they unfortunately have no sympathy for that. They have a terrible maintenance crew, that one doesn’t fix anything you tell them too, two has no courtesy when entering your home and three is never on time when you need them to be. Oh and to make matters worse, they have a roach problem that they claim they... address weekly but no progress with not seeing any. It’s not even enough in my apartment to have them!!! If you guys read this, I? hope you stay away, sure everyone’s experience isn’t the same but I? hope you just weigh all options first.

VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AN MAINTENANCE
Always giving letters saying you have not payed rent when rent had been payed. Change locks on door when it should have been another tentent. Dont fix up properly poor maintacnce. Been here 2 years have not got screen door yet. Don't keep property clean. Messed up carpet with carpet company carpet look dirtyer when they finish stained. Morch not put down for 6mo to a year ,very very very poor management an maintenance have all ways been the entire 2 years have changed 3 times in 2 years no... better.

Stay away
This place is schemers. If you are military I wouldn't even blink an eye here. They believe military makes tons of money and will try to get your whole BAH. Just know I warned you if you do happen to stay here.

IT HAS ALL FEATURES YOU WANT FOR SINGLE OR FAMILY
THE APARTMENT HAS 2 BATHROOMS, A NICE BALCONY AND IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR! NO MORE STAIRS! ALSO RECEIVED NEW CARPET AND EVERYTHING IS LIKE NEW - NICE POOL AND COUNTRY SETTING WITHIN THE CITY WITH POND, FOUNTAIN AND DOG WALK AREA WITH TRASHCANS.. ALL APPLIANCES ARE LIKE NEW WITH FULL SIZE WASH/DRY, NOT THE MINI STACKABLE. PARK WHERE YOU WANT WITH AS MANY VEHICLE AS DESIRED. I GOT 2 CARS AND A MOTORCYCLE :)
